Driver jailed for 10 years for part in fatal collision

Nick Brady-Smith, Consultant at Driven Forensics, was appointed by the Crown Prosecution Service to give expert evidence in the case of a defendant who had been charged with various offences, having been involved in a collision which resulted in the death of a pedestrian.


Nick gave evidence at Leeds Crown Court, over two days, during which he was cross-examined by the defendants barrister.


The jury found the defendant guilty, where he was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.
